4 Hr Ethics Course with 4 CE credits  LUNCH INCLUDED!  Taught by David Powell

REALTORS are required to complete Ethics AND FAIR Housing/Anti-Bias training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Code of Ethics training timeline  THESE two topics are required by NAR and do NOT have anything to do with State of Colorado real estate licensing requirements.  They will count towards your electives in that arena  This requirement was implemented by NAR on January 1, 2025 and the current cycle 8 ends on December 31, 2027.  Next cycle will be January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2030 and so on.  You just need to take ONE ETHICS course and ONE Fair Housing course in EACH of those 3 year cycles.
